Business and commercial property transactions often involve confidential financial, operational and ownership information. We take reasonable steps to restrict access to that information and may require prospective recipients to accept confidentiality obligations before receiving detailed material.

We disclose confidential transaction information only as reasonably necessary to provide our services, progress a transaction, comply with your instructions or meet a legal obligation. The terms of any agency agreement or confidentiality agreement also apply.
